Rajasekaran has actively contributed to society through numerous acts of kindness, including organizing several annadhanams at Sabarimala and other sacred locations. Beyond this, he has played a pivotal role in coordinating various charitable initiatives under the banner of the GS Foundation, bringing hope and support to countless individuals in need.
"A new charitable trust called KS Trust was formed with Rajasekran as Managing Trustee and Bhairavi as Co-Trustee. This trust, for the past 6 years, has been performing well and undertaking annadhanam for around 50,000 people every year, feeding the poor, assisting with medical expenses and cremation expenses for the poor, and many other initiatives."
The Shri Makara Jyothi Trust was established with a noble vision to serve the community through spiritual and charitable endeavors. Its primary mission includes the construction of an Ayyappan Temple, supporting various religious activities, and fostering spiritual growth. Additionally, the trust is dedicated to publishing books that promote cultural and spiritual knowledge, alongside undertaking a wide range of charitable initiatives aimed at uplifting and benefiting society.
The Shri Makara Jyothi Trust has ambitious plans to commence the construction of an Ayyappan Temple at Veeranar Thottam, near Thanjavur, by end 2023. This project aims to create a sacred space for devotees while fostering spiritual harmony and cultural heritage in the region.
In 2024, the construction of the Makara Jyothi Ayyappan Temple at Poondi-Saliyamangalam in the Thanjavur District was successfully completed. The temple's consecration ceremony was conducted in a grand and auspicious manner on 16 June 2024, drawing devotees from far and wide to witness and celebrate this momentous occasion.

We are devoted followers of Lord Ayyappa, who deeply revere his teachings and undertake the sacred pilgrimage to Sabarimala. Those who wear the "Ayyappa Mala" during November observe strict spiritual practices and dedicate themselves to worshiping Lord Ayyappa. The temple is a sacred space where devotees come together to seek his blessings. Our devotion inspires us to live a disciplined life, especially during the auspicious Mandala Pooja season. This journey of faith unites us in prayer and reverence for Lord Ayyappa.
